Scott understands business challenges and enjoys solving problems through simple advice and strong professional relationships.

Prior to working as a lawyer, Scott worked in HR roles in various industries and ran his own HR consultancy following a career in professional sport. He initially joined the 3D HR Legal team as a paralegal and brings practical skills in small business ownership and HR to the 3D HR Legal team.

Away from work, Scott enjoys spending time with his young family and doing different sports and activities. He also helps his wife out with her dental clinic which means he can now add reception skills to his CV!
